licensing and support services for CETOL 6 Sigma license holders:
Licensing
Sigmetrix provides licensing support to current CETOL 6 Sigma software
maintenance agreement holders. FLEXlm™ license management
software from Macrovision is used to manage software licensing
and distribution policies for CETOL 6 Sigma.
License management support
for CETOL 6 Sigma can be obtained by contacting your authorized
CETOL reseller. This support is for current software maintenance
agreements.
Please note that CETOL 6
Sigma Version 8.0 requires that the FLEXlm license server be
at least version v8.4a. If you are currently running a FLEXlm
license server, please verify that it meets this minimum version
requirement.
Maintenance
Sigmetrix’ software maintenance
covers any software defects, general questions about how to
use the features of the software, license management issues,
and any problems related to the software itself.
