Browser Compatibility
While every effort has been made to accommodate as many browsers as possible, this site will be best viewed with Internet Explorer 5.x or later, or Netscape 6.2. There are minor issues with Netscape 4.x due to it's non-conformance with W3C standards, and on rare occasions, some page elements may not display properly or take longer to load than with I.E. You will also notice different menu and hyperlink behavior with Netscape 4.x browsers.

Netscape 6.0 - 6.1 is notoriously unstable, and you may encounter numerous display problems with these browsers. Netscape 6.2 is much faster and more stable, and is fully supported.

There is also a known issue with Opera browsers in which the menus do not function and a JavaScript error is reported. This is being investigated and will be resolved as soon as possible. See the section below on JavaScript.

HTML and CSS
This site is based on the HTML 4.01 Transitional W3C recommendation, and uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS1) for layout. Some pages may display incorrectly on browsers that do not support these standards. (Most 4.x or later Microsoft and Netscape browsers do support this implementation of HTML and CSS).

JavaScript
This site uses JavaScript for the menu navigation. Refer to your browser's help for information on enabling/disabling this feature.
