Level 4 Tolerance Analysis Course
Level 4 Tolerance Analysis Seminar presents the Sigmetrix Tolerance Analysis method in detail. Worst-case and statistical techniques are covered and compared, and how to perform Stackups with +- and GD&T. Progressive exercises and problem-solving. Many Tolerance Stackup problems are solved, addressing issues such as assemblability, maintaining clearance and comparing alternate Dimensioning and Tolerancing and design strategies. Methods to model the variability to product geometry from dimensions and tolerances, GD&T, and assembly processes are included. This course requires minimum of Level 1 GD&T Fundamentals competency.
