PTC Creo EZ Tolerance Analysis (EZTA) Fundamentals (300-51-024)
$300.00 USD
Computer based training for 1D tolerance stack-ups in PTC Creo. Learn workflows, reporting, and repeatable analysis.
Course Description
Learn how to perform practical 1D tolerance stack-ups directly within your CAD model with PTC Creo EZ Tolerance Analysis (EZTA) Fundamentals. This computer-based course teaches the fundamentals of EZTA using a structured mix of lecture videos, software demonstrations, detailed exercises, quizzes, and a written training manual. With EZTA Fundamentals, you’ll learn to build repeatable stack-ups and communicate results clearly to the rest of your team.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to analyze multiple 1D stack-ups on your PTC Creo models and make design decisions that refine designs and tolerances. The coursework is broken into task-based lessons you can complete at your own pace, making it easier to balance training with project work.
The curriculum includes:
-
a focused review of tolerance analysis fundamentals (including statistical analysis methods)
-
an overview of the EZTA interface
-
deeper explanations and hands-on exercises using the tools you’ll rely on for real stack-ups
-
a detailed walkthrough of results and the supporting information EZTA provides.
You’ll also cover reporting and data management - crucial for sharing outcomes, documenting assumptions, and keeping analysis work consistent over time.
