            Erich Zwettler
            Erich is an expert-level trainer and practitioner of GD&T, having learned and honed his skills in the Automotive and Aerospace industries prior to joining Sigmetrix. He is the primary developer of technical content related to GD&T and offers dimensioning and tolerancing support for Sigmetrix software products. His experience from Dura Automotive and Rolls-Royce (Turbine Engines) spans from product design and standards development through process optimization, inspection planning, customer support, project management, and coaching/mentoring. Erich continues to develop the language of GD&T through participation in various ASME committees (including ASME Y14.5) and represents the US in the development of GD&T-related ISO GPS standards.

            Marius Zvolinschi
            Marius takes on some of our most challenging CETOL consulting tasks, earning accolades from many clients across various industries. He draws on his Tolerance Analysis expertise learned and honed during his time at Caterpillar where he was the Subject Mater Expert for the Industrial Diesel Engines and Track Type Tractors. He continues to leverage his Mechanical Engineering degree from Transylvania University of Brasov, Romania to assist and train Sigmetrix clients in Tolerance Analysis and ASME GD&T

            Dan Lange
            Dan is an expert-level user and instructor for tolerance analysis software and methods including CETOL 6σ, EZ Tolerance Analysis, and EZtol. With an Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University, he began his career at Eastman Kodak in assembly operations optimizing throughput and leading multi-discipline problem-solving teams. After 7 years in assembly operations, Dan transitioned into a customer-facing role as a sales and technical specialist.

            Jesse Zahner
            With an extensive background in Model-Based Enterprise, Jesse serves as a voice on Sigmetrix’s MBE efforts. Coming to Sigmetrix with a Master’s in Product Lifecycle Management from Purdue, along with 7 years of prior experience at Group Dekko, Purdue, Boeing and Elysium, he helps guide product enhancement and delivery while also optimizing sales and marketing systems. Serving as the chair of the DMSC QIF 4.0 Training Program, a member of several DMSC and ASME working groups and Sigmetrix’s representative for MBE/MBD content, he helps align Sigmetrix’s vision with the development of new standards and technology.

            Jeffrey (Jeff) Spaulding
            Jeff is a senior engineer with experience developing major systems from concept to end of life. He began his career as an Automotive Design Engineer in manufacturing & assembly operations and has worked his way through the Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering groups in several organizations. Key areas of effort have been in the product creation process to include definition, concept, design, manufacturing, and assembly. Jeff’s career emphasis has been in Dimensional Management and teaching function-based dimension and tolerancing supporting the 1D & 3D Tolerance Analysis process. Jeff has a Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Seattle University, and is a Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Senior Professional: GDTP S09-8321.
            Luis Quiroz
            Luis started his career as a Painting Process Engineer at General Motors, where he spent four years optimizing automated production processes before transitioning to Continental Automotive, where he dedicated 15 years to mechanical design and simulation engineering for user experience devices. Beyond his technical expertise, Luis is passionate about People Development and Training, having conducted training and consulting sessions across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. His focus areas include GD&T/GPS, Tolerance Analysis, and CETOL, helping engineers refine precision engineering skills worldwide.Luis is a Senior Certified Professional in ASME Y14.5 and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITESO University in Mexico and a master’s degree in Mechanical Product Development from the Technical University of Schmalkalden in Germany.
            Leon Peng
            Leon brings over 25 years of experience in automotive and opto-mechanical engineering, with a Master degree in Power Mechanical Engineering. His expertise spans powertrain system design and manufacturing, including engines, transmissions, FMEA, and process optimization. He also specializes in precision mechanical, optical, and optoelectronic assemblies, focusing on component alignment, assembly process planning, and large-scale production. At Sigmetrix, Leon applies his extensive background in variation analysis and product development to help clients effectively implement GD&T and tolerance analysis across the product lifecycle.
