Training Registration


1If you prefer to use a credit card please submit card information via this link  https://www.sigmetrix.com/credit-card-transaction/

Credit card information must be submitted for receipt by Sigmetrix at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired training date.  Your card will be charged after training is completed.

2Please know that we will happily accept a Purchase Order with the following required provisions:

  • Payment terms Net 10 and must be indicated as such on PO;
  • Email address on PO clearly indicating where the invoice should be forwarded for your Accounting Dept or other authorized receipt. Requests for postal mailed invoices cannot be honored;
  • Name and address of company purchasing training, contact telephone and email information, description of training, quantity, amount, and name of training participant(s);
  • PO emailed to training@sigmetrix.com;
  • PO must be submitted for receipt by Sigmetrix at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired training date.

Please know that Purchase Orders received without all required provisions will result in unsuccessful registration.
